In January 2023, the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan awarded Taalim-Forum a statuette in the category Digital Educational Resources and a letter of appreciation for its contribution to the development of the Kyrgyz language as recognition of contributions at the state level to the development and promotion of educational resources and digital platforms in the Kyrgyz language.
Taalim-Forum has developed multimedia lessons for primary schools in Kyrgyz and Russian, developed and launched an interactive educational website for learning the Kyrgyz language for grades 1-8 (http://www.kyrgyztil.taalimforum.kg/), an educational portal of electronic multimedia resources iBilim (https://ibilim.edu.gov.kg/), which contains materials in Kyrgyz and Russian for 7 primary school subjects. According to feedback from teachers and parents, the iBilim platform has opened up new opportunities for learning. iBilim was recommended for use in schools throughout the country by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Also, Jyldyz Doolbekova, Project Lead of the Distance education to improve quality and access to school education in Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Tajikistan project and Almagul Osmonova, Director of Taalim-Forum were awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic For Cooperation, which demonstrates recognition of significant personal contributions to education and science in the Kyrgyz Republic.
